STEAM Book Club

Tompkins County Public Library will host an in-person STEAM Book Club on Wednesday, August 24, from 3:45 to 4:45 pm in the Thaler/Howell Programming Room.

Kids ages 9 through 12 are invited to join the STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math)-themed Book Club. The August club will read Lifeboat 12 by Susan Hood, a novel in verse that tells the true-life story of a boy’s harrowing lifeboat escape after a torpedo attack during World War II. The group will be joined by the Cornell Center for Materials Research!
